Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how E3 Ventures LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use NFL MCP(the “Service”). We keep data collection minimal and do not sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and authentication identifiers through our authentication provider (Supabase). Passwords, when used, are handled and stored by that provider — we do not see or store them in plain text.API keys. We store a one-way hash of each API key and its last four characters — never the full key. The full key is shown to you only once at creation.Usage telemetry. To operate the Service, enforce quotas, and improve it, we log first-party metrics for tool calls — such as the tool name, timestamp, response status, latency, and an approximate response token count — associated with your account/API key. We also record first-run onboarding events (e.g., created a key, ran a first query).Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited subscription and billing status from Stripe; we do not collect or store your full payment card details.Technical data. Like most services, our infrastructure processes basic request metadata (such as IP address and user agent) as needed to route traffic and protect the Service.

2. No third-party ad tracking

Our product analytics are first-party. We do not use third-party advertising networks, cross-site trackers, or sell your data to data brokers. We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and operate the Service.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to: provide, operate, and secure the Service; authenticate you and manage API keys; enforce plan quotas and rate limits; process payments and manage subscriptions; understand product usage and improve features; and communicate with you about your account and service-related matters.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (authentication and database), and Microsoft Azure (hosting and compute). We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the security of the Service, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Usage telemetry is retained for operational and analytical purposes and may be aggregated or de-identified over time. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

6. Your rights and choices

You may access, update, or delete your account information from the dashboard, and you can revoke API keys at any time. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to certain processing. 7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including hashing API keys, encrypting data in transit, and restricting access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users 18 and older; betting-related analysis is intended for adults 21 and older where lawful. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
