Terms of Service
Effective July 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NFL MCP (the “Service”), operated by E3 Ventures LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, generating an API key, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
NFL MCP is a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that exposes structured NFL statistics and analytics as tools that AI clients and agents can call. The Service provides analytical context derived from publicly available NFL data. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League or any of its teams.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Any betting- or wagering-related analysis is provided for informational purposes only and is intended for adults 21 and older where lawful. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including gambling laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and API keys, and for keeping your API keys confidential. API keys are shown only once at creation; store them securely. Notify us promptly at hello@e3ventures.xyz if you believe a key has been compromised. We may suspend or revoke keys that appear to be abused or to threaten the integrity of the Service.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Recurring (monthly or annual) subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period. One-time and season passes grant access for the stated period and do not renew. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change prices or plan features prospectively, with notice for active subscriptions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) exceed, evade, or interfere with rate limits, quotas, or other technical restrictions; (b) reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or bulk-export its data to reconstitute a competing dataset or service; (c) use the Service to violate any law or third party’s rights; (d) probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the Service; or (e) use the Service to build or train a competing product in violation of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates this section.
6. Data, accuracy, and no guarantees
The Service provides analytical context, not live odds, guaranteed fantasy or betting outcomes, or financial advice. Data coverage and refresh timing vary by dataset and are reported by the Service. We do not warrant that the data is complete, accurate, current, or fit for any particular purpose, and you are solely responsible for decisions you make using the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, tool designs, documentation, and branding, is owned by E3 Ventures LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal or personal purposes. Underlying NFL statistics and third-party data remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example, Stripe for payments and the MCP client you connect). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, E3 VENTURES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E3 Ventures LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims court.
